This work, Decorative Abstraction can also be
described as modern psychedelia.
My work has been described as strangely interesting and strangely beautiful,
and aesthetically pleasing.
I am influenced by artists such as Jackson Pollock, (his Abstract
Expressionism), Damien Hirst, (his Spin Paintings) and David Reed. (Who also
paints images which are not really of anything).
I have also been looking into spiritual art and mandalas, where this
painting has a contextual awareness.
